Terms of Service

Specialty Care Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy. Through this website you can request prescription medication and related services. Your request is reviewed by an independent, licensed healthcare provider who decides, in their professional judgment, whether to issue a prescription. If a prescription is issued, our pharmacy dispenses and ships it to you.

Our service does not create a comprehensive doctor–patient relationship, is not a substitute for in-person medical care, and does not replace your primary care provider. It is intended for non-emergency, non-controlled prescription needs only.

To use our service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be located in the United States, in a state where our providers are licensed;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your health; and
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this website to request urgent or emergency care.

A licensed provider reviews each request and decides whether to prescribe based on the information you provide. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. A provider may determine that a requested medication is not appropriate for you, or that you should be seen in person.

We dispense non-controlled prescription medications only. You are responsible for providing accurate information; decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete information are your responsibility.

Prices are shown before you place an order. Charges may include the medication, a provider consultation fee, a platform or service fee, and shipping. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

You pay for your order when you place it. If a request is not approved, the medication portion is refunded — or, where it has not yet been captured, not charged; a consultation or service fee may still apply for the provider’s review. We do not bill health insurance.

Approved medications are shipped to the address you provide. For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications generally cannot be returned or resold once dispensed. If you received a damaged or incorrect order, contact us promptly and we will work to resolve it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and up to date, and notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by providing false information, attempting to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself, seeking controlled substances, interfering with the operation of the website, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The content, design, and trademarks on this website are the property of Specialty Care Pharmacy LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Specialty Care Pharmacy LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the pharmacy is licensed (FL), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
